Abilities

1. SIGNATURE OF THE VISIONARY (PASSIVE)
   Hwei damages enemy champions, priming them for his signature finisher. The second hit completes his signature, which detonates after a delay, dealing magic damage to enemies in range.
2. SUBJECT: DISASTER (1)
   Hwei replaces his abilities with damaging powers: Devastating Fire – fires a flaming projectile. Severing Bolt – casts a long range lightning strike. Molten Fissure – shoot a fiery path that keeps erupting.
3. SUBJECT: SERENITY (2)
   Hwei replaces abilities with utility buffs: Fleeting Current – increases move speed. Pool of Reflection – creates water shields. Stirring Lights – restores mana and inflicts bonus damage.
4. SUBJECT: TORMENT (3)
   Hwei replaces abilities with crowd control powers: Grim Visage – fears and slows. Gaze of the Abyss – sends homing missile eye with True Sight. Crushing Maw – draws in foes to damage and slow.
5. SPIRALING DESPAIR (ULTIMATE)
   Hwei captures enemy champions in an expanding field that slows and damages, exploding upon reaching maximum size, or the champion’s demise.
